Return and Refund Policy for OmniByte
At OmniByte, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled. By purchasing from www.OmniByte.in (the “Website”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:
- Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return and replacement.
- To qualify for a return, you must contact OmniByte customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for a return or replacement.

- Once the return request is approved, OmniByte will provide instructions for returning the product to our warehouse.
- Returned items will be subject to a Quality Check (QC) upon arrival. If the product does not meet our QC standards, OmniByte reserves the right to reject the return.

- Products that do not meet the eligibility requirements, are altered, or have been used commercially are not eligible for return or replacement.
2. Replacement Policy
- Defective or Damaged Products:
- If a product arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement. OmniByte does not offer refunds for defective products, only replacements.
- Replacement Process:
- After contacting customer support and receiving approval for a return, the defective or damaged product should be returned as outlined above.
- Once the product passes our QC, a replacement item will be shipped to you.
3. Refund Policy

- Refunds are issued only if the purchased product is out of stock or unavailable after the order is placed.
- If an item is out of stock, a refund will be processed once the returned product has passed QC.

- Refunds may take 7-15 business days to reflect in the original payment method after processing.

- All returned products must be in their original condition. Used, tampered, or damaged items will not qualify for a refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery Charges
- Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless OmniByte shipped an incorrect or defective product.
- Non-Refundable Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on OmniByte’s part.
5. Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy
- Non-Defective Product Returns:
- Products that are not defective or damaged do not qualify for returns or refunds.
- Appearance Discrepancies:
- Minor differences in color, size, or packaging from the images displayed on the Website are not considered grounds for returns or refunds.
